Maybe because you expect more from a boat?
What if it already exists — as a concept, fully thought through, waiting for production? The boat that becomes whatever you need.
Sporty or spacious, open or enclosed; dive, fish, family, party, work — the same boat, reconfigured in minutes. Not a one-time choice the day you buy it. The boat that never stops being yours.
The ocean offers more than most boats ever will. So why let yours hold you back?
If you want to experience more with friends and family than your boat allows — you're in the right place.
We didn't just build another boat. We reinvented what a boat can be.
A boat was always just a boat. All-In-Yachts is one of the most flexible boats you'll ever take to the water — and a platform that grows with you. No features — just talents. No decisions at purchase — just freedom after. Your life changes, your boat always feels right.
Your boat sets the limits? That ends now.
An open and closed base extends every day, every season — and opens up every cruising ground. Even when the wind turns and the weather has other ideas — you and your boat are always ready.
Two or twelve — 12 aboard, 12 seats, 12 at the table, 12 places to sleep — on 12 metres. Your boat always feels right.
From here, it's yours.
Most boats leave you eventually. And the memories go with them. All-In-Yachts is the first boat that changes with you — because it never stops feeling right.
Not just a boat. Part of your life.
Every boat forces a trade-off on each one. All-In-Yachts doesn't.
North Sea, Baltic — or the South Seas? Most boats make you pick a climate. This one closes up warm and tight, or opens wide to the tropics. Any water, any season.
Normally this sizes your seats and berths — and locks you in for years. Here it falls away: the boat is as right for two as it is for twelve. Twelve aboard, twelve at the table, room to sleep — or just the two of you, with all that space to yourselves.
Everything. Dive, fish, host, cruise, work, stay the night — the one answer no normal boat can keep. And exactly what the talents below deliver.
Most boats make you choose a home water. This one doesn't. Sliding doors and lifting roofs take it from a fully closed wheelhouse to a fully open T-top — and everything between. The same hull sells into cold markets and warm ones alike. The season starts earlier, ends later — and every single day on the water can run longer.
cold · wet · wind & waves
mixed conditions · mostly sheltered
hot · sometimes too hot
At twelve metres, the hull doesn't force a choice between space and performance. The layout does the rest — and the numbers speak for themselves.
On twelve metres — a combination this size doesn't usually exist.
Aft sunpad, galley, the three helm seats and the bow sunpad are fixed. Only the middle changes — drive it, dine twelve, or lounge.
The aft canopy unfolds like a camper van — in seconds, by hand. At least two can sleep back there.
And here's the clever part: under way, the very same tent extends the saloon into a big, covered deck — a sheltered playground for the little ones, or simply more room to live. One piece of canvas, three jobs.
› canvas up — two berths, or a covered playground.
Would you take twelve aboard for a two-week holiday? No. Would you all stay when the night in the bay runs long? Every time.
The folding side balconies extend your living space to the water. The Connector system takes it further — standardised mounting points all over the boat let you click in whatever today needs, and change it tomorrow.
› same 12 metres, every time. The hull doesn't change — the job does.
A feature is fixed in a factory. A talent is an ability the owner unlocks. The AIY hull ships clean and identical — the same base boat, every time. The differentiation doesn't live in the factory. It lives in your hands.
No variants, no options list. Built identical every time — the lowest possible production cost and the most durable foundation.
Flex-connectors all over the boat. Reconfigure deck and interior in minutes — not at order time, but any time.
An owner community plus purpose-built accessories that keep making it more. The App Store, afloat.
› one hull, every skin and every layout — the base is always white, every colour is a wrap, and the same boat goes from closed cabin to open T-top.
Straight nautical lines. A plumb bow. Hidden outboards. No gimmicks. The base hull is always white — colour comes via wrap. A boat built to last — not to look dated in three years.
The signature of pilots, fishermen and explorers — and not just a look. No glare at night, built-in shade by day, more light and headroom inside. Non-negotiable.
The roof and the four sliding doors converge at the galley block — natural shade exactly where you cook and eat. Where you always want it.
The convertible roof and doors aren't bolt-ons. They're weather protection, shade, and structural stiffening. Nothing aboard does only one job.
Timeless outside, endlessly renewable inside —
maybe the last boat you ever have to buy.
For a larger yacht, it's the ideal companion: move up to twelve guests in closed, weather-protected comfort — then flex to tender, dive boat, toy hauler or provisioning run. A sheltered cabin cruiser and an open day boat in one hull is exactly what a mothership wants.
› anthracite · closed and capable — companion to a bigger yacht.
"It started with a simple question: what would my boat look like? The answer became a system."
Innovation manager and Managing Director — with the ability to think in many directions at once and combine them into one coherent concept. Broad experience across automotive, retail and consulting.
All-In-Yachts started with a very personal question: what would my boat look like — one that can actually meet my expectations? The Connector was the key: not reinventing, but reassembling the best of what already exists. What happened next I couldn't have predicted — the idea took on a life of its own, grew bigger, more coherent, more comprehensive. The result is deeply rooted in the boating industry and fed by its trends. But it seems it took someone from the outside — free enough to follow the logic all the way. This shouldn't stay a solo project. I want to see this concept on the water — and I'm open to partnerships that make it happen.
